Our Story
We had a vision to bring student ministries from across the Jasper Lake Area together to be UNITED for one weekend. Our desire is to unite students from different churches to worship together, hear the truth of God's Word, and be equipped and challenged to take the Gospel back into their schools and communities.
God did incredible things through UNITED in 2025, and we're excited to see what He will continue to do in the years ahead.
What is UNITED?
UNITED is a community-wide Disciple Now (DNOW) weekend that brings churches from across the Jasper Lake Area together to worship, discipleship, and have fun. Students stay in host homes with their own church groups and gather throughout the weekend for worship, biblical teaching, breakout sessions, meals, games, and late night activities.
Hosted by First Baptist Church and Hillcrest Baptist Church of Jasper, UNITED is designed to be a stress free, Gospel centered weekend that allows churches to partner together while students build friendships, grow in their faith, and leave equipped to live for Christ in their schools and communities.
UNITED is just $50, and your registration includes everything for the weekend. UNITED 2026 will take place October 9–10 at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Jasper, Texas.

Student pastors and leaders will be equipped to disciple students who make disciples.

We will learn how to read and study the Old Testament as it was intended, seeing God's plan of salvation from Genesis to the Gospels.

We will learn how to be a missionary on campus.

We will learn how we can talk to God and how it should be a priority in our everyday lives.

We will discover how to honor and follow Jesus even when relationships with our parents are difficult.

We will explore the key differences between Catholicism and biblical Christianity, learning what the Bible teaches about salvation, authority, and following Jesus.
